Touble Shooting Your Current Mangement Situation My Manager Does Not Return My Calls
Is anyone else who is working for the company returning the calls on behalf of the manager? If so, then maybe your manager is backed up at the moment and has delegated your inquiry so another staff member. As long as your questions are being answered, there is nothing to worry about. If no one has returning your calls, or answering your email. Perhaps, the manager didn’t get your message, or they may not be treating your inquiry seriously.
All calls should be returned promptly, even if it's just to tell you, I haven’t had time to fully investigate your query yet but it is on my list. At least you know they are working on it.
My Management Company Stopped Sending My Statements
Did you move and forget to tell them? Perhaps you did last year and the post office has finally stopped forwarding your mail. Don’t laugh too loud this has happened more times than you think. Please ensure to tell them if you’ve changed address. Also, inform the property appraiser at the county offices. You need ALL your official mail. Even if you didn’t receive your property tax bill they will still foreclose on the property if it remains unpaid for a specific amount of time.
Have you contacted them and asked them why you’re not getting your statements. If so, did they fax them to you straight away? Is something wrong with their computer system? Do they have a virus? Are they temporarily, short staffed? There could be several genuine reasons. Or is it hit or miss whether you get a statement or not and is this happening all too frequently? It’s time to have a serious talk with your manager. Do you get the feeling the business may not be stable?
If you are unable to contact them, send them a receipt certified letter telling them unless you hear from them within a week. You’ll have to consider your business relation over and find alternative management. You could always contact CFPMA and ask if anyone there knows what’s going on with your company?
My Manager Isn’t Answering My Questions
You’ve waited weeks and been really patient. Sent a polite reminder and still no answer. It’s time to tell them you would like your concerns addressing as soon as possible. Unless there is some unknown evidence that the staff or the manager is waiting for in order to address your concerns and that is causing the delay? If this happens repeatedly you have options to consider. Is your manager too busy to take your concerns seriously? Are they doing this on purpose? Or are they busy running around all the time and have the attention span of a gold fish. In other words they mean well but don’t quite have it together?
How do you feel about this? Does this indiscretion mean that 95% of what they do is great and only 5% of the services are bad? If so, don’t throw away 95% of great services for 5% of absent-mindedness. If it is a big inconvenience start to think about interviewing an alternative management company. Take your time there’s no rush or you might end up with the same situation or even worse.
My Manger Was Rude To Me
Congratulations, and welcome to the family! Are you treated like the, “Red headed Step-child", on a regular basis, or is this an isolated incident? If this happens on a regular basis and you’re not related, you might want to think about looking for new management.
My Home Has Been Rented Without My Knowledge or Payment
First of all do you know if this is really true? What proof do you have? Examine the motives of the people telling the story? Call your neighbors ask them if they’ve been parking on your driveway when your home wasn’t rented? Did they use your drive as over flow parking when they had a party or a special event? Was someone from the Management Company at your home checking on it? Do you have a guest book in the living areas for guests to write their comments?
If none of these answers fit and you’re suspicious check your water and electric bills. There is pattern to usage depending on how many days the home was occupied. For example the pool will draw on water and electric every day and the A/C should be left on set at 78 degrees to ensure your home doesn’t end up with mold. Look at the sewage part of the water bill. Unless you have a leaky faucet, or an intermittent fault on a toilet. This part of the bill should be low. Your electric bill too should be low if there has been minimal occupancy. If in doubt it might be time to change your management company.
Help I’ve Had Bad Experiences With Many Management Companies
Did you ever meet a person who’d been married numerous times and just couldn’t figure out why the marriage couldn’t work? You may be this person? Ask yourself what are you doing wrong? Do you have realistic expectations from a management company? Do you expect them to do everything for you with little or no support from you. Do you never have a good thing to say about them? Do you treat them the way you want to be treated. Be realistic with your expectations, choose a management company that doesn’t promise you the earth and has been around for a while and your luck should change!
